    What is your return policy?

    Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.

    If there is a defect and you do not want a replacement, a refund will be provided. 


    How do I cancel or make changes to an order?

    Whoops! We’ve all been there. You want to change how many shirts you are ordering, update a size or cancel the order all together. No worries, we have you covered.

    Once an order has been submitted to us, it is held for 24 hours before entering production. If changes need to be made to the order please email glowgurlco@gmail.com within the first 24 hours after ordering and let us know :

    1. Your name and email on the order.
    2. Order number.
    3. The changes that need to be made.

    If for some reason you have not made the 48 hour hold deadline, feel free to email us at glowgurlco@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you take care of it.

     

    IMPORATNT COVID19 UPDATE 

    Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we experience a delay in the shipping process.

    Even though we ship most of the orders using UPS, we experience delays mostly in international shipments. Therefore, please note that every order that is shipped to EU is available for a refund or a replacement only if the items are not delivered after 30 business days of sending the email with the tracking ID, and 45 business  days for all other international shipments.
